RECRUITMENT
Technical Director
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, have experience in machine tool equipment design, familiar with the principles and optimization methods of various motion mechanisms is preferred;
2. Proficiency in the use of soliwork design software, familiar with mechanical processing technology;
3. Experience in the design of large-scale machine tool equipment or precision mechanical equipment or high-speed and high-precision equipment design is preferred;
4. Good communication skills and collaboration spirit, excellent logical thinking and judgment skills, and strong innovation skills are preferred.
Electrical Design
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical engineering and automation, industrial automation control, mechatronics, CET-4 or above;
2. Proficient in electrical drawing software, able to quickly draw electrical schematic diagrams and wiring diagrams;
3. More than three years experience in automation equipment or electrical control design of CNC machine tools is preferred;
4. Possess relevant knowledge of motion control, CNC numerical control system, and C language programming;
5. Familiar with servo, frequency conversion and man-machine interface related knowledge, with the programming ability of Siemens, Delta, Omron and other PLCs.
Cutting process engineer
1. College degree or above in machinery, mechatronics or related majors
2. Familiar with laser processing technology and the interaction mechanism between laser and materials;
3. Familiar with laser processing systems and lasers, and have experience in laser processing applications;
4. Proficiency in operating office software;
More than 5.2 years of experience in laser technology is preferred.
Domestic sales
main duty:
1. Responsible for the business trip visits of interested customers/inquiring customers in the responsible area every day (local push, Mobai, online and other ways to develop customers, the work intensity is relatively high), demand clarification and event invitation;
2. Responsible for customer exhibition invitations and exhibition reception arrangements; according to the existing market demand, statistics of customer information in the responsible area;
3. Assist the direct superior to formulate the sales strategy, sales plan and quantified phased sales target of the area in charge; collect and understand the products and market information of companies in the same industry, and provide feedback on the company's marketing strategy, advertising, after-sales service, product improvement and new product development, etc. put forward reference opinions;
4. Responsible for the whole process of sales affairs such as communication with customers, quotation, business negotiation, quotation, proofing, contract signing and follow-up of payment;
5. Maintain long-term good communication with customers and solve relevant problems encountered in the use of products in a timely manner;
6. Regularly submit work reports and work summaries of sales activities as required (day/week/month);
job requirements:
1. Have a high tendency and enthusiasm for sales work, more than 2 years of experience in mechanical equipment sales and after-sales, experience in laser cutting machine sales is preferred;
2. Bear hardships and stand hard work, have a strong sense of professionalism, initiative, and responsibility, have a good sense of service, communication skills, and business negotiation skills, and be able to work independently;

Foreign trade sales
main duty:
1. Responsible for the foreign trade sales of the company's laser equipment. While maintaining old customers or customers assigned by superiors, maintain the development of new customers in the area in charge, contact and strive for business opportunities by telephone, email, etc., and complete the sales plan;
2Complete routine sales work, including but not limited to: quotation, order signing, production scheduling, delivery, customs declaration, settlement and business opportunity follow-up;
3. By participating in or investigating various industry exhibitions and seminars, do a comprehensive product demand analysis, and do sales promotion of corresponding products for foreign users with different applications;
4. Responsible for communicating with foreign customers, handling emails and receiving customers in China, and actively developing the company's market.
job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in international trade, marketing, English, Spanish, Russian, French, Arabic, able to communicate with international users by email, voice or face to face;
2. Understand the import and export business process, familiar with foreign trade import and export business links, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure;
3. Possess good communication, coordination and execution skills, be practical and conscientious in work, respond quickly and sensitively, and have a strong sense of responsibility;
4. Be able to conduct business negotiations with customers in the language you have learned, and be able to independently receive foreign businessmen;
5. Collect and analyze important information and data of the industry, and actively explore international and regional markets;
6. Experience in foreign trade in laser cutting machine industry or large machinery industry is preferred.
